Congratulations to this weeks Z-96 Teacher of the Week Winner, Ms Shannon Hudson a Teacher from Silver Sands School. Shannon is described as a loving a patient teacher who treats her students like her own kids. She has coached the Silver Sands Basketball Team, volunteers for Special Olympics events, yearbook, the Fall Festival, Pandora Tournament, and many other school activities all while juggling being a single mom of 3 boys who are all involved at their schools. Shannon is extremely dedicated to her family, students, and school.  Z-96 has been honoring these local heroes since 1999. We show up at the school and surprise them with prizes from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Aamco, Edible Arrangements, The Trophy Center, The Northwest Florida Daily News and more.
