Congratulations to this week's Z-96 Teacher of the Week Winner, Mr. Robert Colo’n, the band instructor from Lewis Middle School. The students appreciate the passion that Mr. Colo’n has for teaching. For the 2nd year in a row, Lewis, the smallest middle school population in the district, has had the second highest representation in the All-County band. Z-96 has been honoring these local heroes since 1999. We show up at the school and surprise them with prizes from El Paso/La Rumba, AAMCO, Edible Arrangements, The Trophy Center, The Northwest Florida Daily News and more.
