WZNS General Contest Rules
Play by these rules and nobody gets hurt.
1) Cumulus Broadcasting of Fort Walton Beach allows only one winner per household in a two week (14 day) period. With the exception of special contests which can have only one winner per family, per household for the duration of the contest. If you or a member of your household has already won a prize from Cumulus Broadcasting within the past two weeks (14 days), Cumulus Broadcasting reserves the right to award subsequent prizes.
2) Prizes must be picked up in person at the Cumulus Broadcasting business office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) within ten business days. Claimants must provide proper identification at time of claiming prize. Prizes not claimed within ten business days will be forfeited.
3) Winner is personally responsible for all applicable taxes, and prizes are awarded “as is.”
4) All contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc., participating sponsors, their immediate families and household members.
5) Cumulus Broadcasting reserves the right to impose age limits on contest participants, to substitute a prize of equal value and to end a contest at any time without prior notice.
6) In accordance with Florida State Law, information must be accurately and truthfully supplied before prize may be released.
7) Prizes will not be rewarded without signature of winner.
